    • 10.40 – 10.55 – Presentation 3 – The Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance’s ‘Dramatically Reducing Embodied Carbon in Europe Manon Ghislain – Eurocities.
    • 10.55 – 11.05 – Presentation 4 – Simcicion 2.0 – Transnational sustainability through local data – Prof. Dr. Christian SchachtnerIU Internationale Hochschule.
    • 11.05 – 11.15 – Presentation 5 – Education through knowledge exchange: best practice example on Smart City and E-governance trainings – Lecturer Dr. Catalin Vrabie – National University of Political Science and Public Administration Bucharest.
    • 11.15 – 11.45 – Brainstorming on strategic, legal, political, administrative and economic challenges and solutions to improve sustainable procurement (round-based discussion all participants).
    • 11.45 – 11.55  – Drafting a public policy proposal open for stakeholder inputs.

  • All key strategy actors (ministers, public officials, municipalities, industry associations, chambers of commerce, smart solution providers) in Europe with an initial focus on Central and Southeastern Europe.

  • Through quarterly online working group meetings and two bi-annual online conferences.
